Automatic Upload to Rently
Each detected infraction is automatically uploaded to the RMS with all key details, including date, jurisdiction, amount, payment due date when applicable, and the official ticket document.
Weekly Automatic Checks
Rently performs weekly checks against public traffic violation databases using the active license plates from your fleet.
Automatic Customer Notification
The customer receives a detailed email with the infraction and billing details, while the system automatically identifies the responsible driver based on the active contract.
Automatic Customer Assignment
The system automatically identifies the responsible driver based on the active contract’s date and time.
Corporate Client Flow
For corporate customers, a monthly detailed invoice is generated to support their internal management.
Automatic Collections
If the customer has a tokenized card, the charge is processed automatically; if it fails, a payment link is sent, and the customer is notified of the outcome.
Integrated Jurisdictions
We continuously add new jurisdictions
New jurisdictions are added on a regular basis, and if yours isn’t available yet, you can request it and we’ll include it.
Update Frequency
Data checks and uploads are performed on a weekly basis.
Official Timelines: Some jurisdictions publish infractions between 3 and 7 business days after the violation occurs.

Special Cases
Already Paid Infractions
- Rently detects whether the infraction has already been paid.
- In that case, it is not uploaded to the system.
