Sales Executive

The role will assist our company in expanding our customer base. The Sales Development Representative's responsibilities include generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales, and connecting customers with the right salesperson.

Primary responsibilities

  • Participate in scheduled sales meetings, pre-event meetings, training and other sales strategy related meetings as required.
  • Work with the EVP for LATAM to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new sales opportunities, and to progress to sales success.
  • Achieve the sales targets and qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Work with the EVP to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new sales opportunities; and to progress those to sales success.
  • Work for RentlySoft customers and prospects to develop and run car rental strategy.
  • Brand Ambassador.
  • Perform consulting sales approach for RentlySoft customers and prospects.
  • Stay up to date with research and analytics in the field of Car Rental Industry.
  • Identify Car Rental news, updating the RentlySoft product team where relevant.
  • Create quotations, prepare and send to customers.
  • Support, Lead manage & provide direct technical input to customer RFXs.
  • Understand pricing mechanisms and support technical team in building technical proposals.
  • Maintain contact and open communication with customers to assist with future needs.
  • Influence and learn from below.

Required skills

  • 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Goal-oriented and ambitious.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
  • Strong client service relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with effective time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as being a team member
  • At least 5 years in a role focused on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification
  • Track record of overachievement in customer acquisition, and the ability to drive high levels of outbound prospecting activity.
  • The candidate must be a strong coach & leader.

Desired skills

  • Previous advertising/media and digital experience.
  • Competency in Google applications (Google Drive, Gmail, etc.).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience with customer relationship management system (CRM, HubSpot.).
